RENTAL INFORMATION
Our House has three Bedrooms, two on the second floor and one office/bedroom on the first. The master Bedroom has its own little balcony. In addition we have a kitchen with all new appliances, living and dining rooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are two queen beds and two full size futons.
We have Satellite TV (dish network), Full wireless DSL Internet, a game cube system/w games an entertainment system, air conditioning and two bicycles for your use. There is a shaded deck with water views in the back and a tropical patio in the front.
Rates: Our rates are $1,200- per week. We have a minimum stay of 3 nights at $200-/night, 4 to 5 nights at $175-/night, 6 or 7 nights at $1200- and $1200-/week for each additional week. If you want to stay 1 month or longer get in touch for a quote(depends on what month)
